Property management is a 24-hour requirement that Desouza Residential can provide. We are able to manage and administer every conceivable type of property.
Whether it’s a small studio flat or a family home, each property we let and manage is carefully looked after, with regular inspections, maintenance and feedback to the landlord. We deal with all aspects of the property management process and carry out our own inspections, but before that, we pay particular attention to finding the right tenant. Once prospective tenants are found, they are stringently vetted and only when we are totally satisfied, will we recommend the landlord proceeds.
It does not stop once fully referenced tenants have moved in. There are safety regulations to adhere to, property inspections to be organized, rent collection, repairs and replacements, tax issues and accounting.
